Technical Sales Representative
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will create and maintain positive customer relationships, and also prospect for customers via direct marketing to expand the current base. You will be involved in providing customers with sales and technical information, generating price quotations, drawing for potential sales, and providing R&D with customer feedback.Qualifications:
- Experience working with broadcast/post-production products
- Electronics engineering
- Assisting customers in equipment selection and systems design
- Co-ordination of equipment programming, upgrades and conversions
- Initiating cold calls
- Interacting with other departments in expediting orders, quantifying dealer/customer needs and link to product/service mix
- Problem-solving, salesmanship and effective communication
- Be results oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
