Proper loudness control of audio signals have become a vital and integral component of the modern broadcast facility. Evertz® has developed 7820IG10-IP IntelliGain® processor which is the worlds first loudness solution for IP and ASI compressed signals.

This device can:

• Accept IP and ASI transport streams
• Apply IntelliGain® loudness control on multiple Dolby® Digital audio streams
• Provide monitoring, trending and compliancy reporting in real time
• Provide real time transport stream monitoring (+TSM option)

IntelliGain® is based on the ITU-R BS.1770 algorithm and in full accordance with international loudness practices, including the ATSC A-85.

The 7820IG10-IP is VistaLINK® capable, offering remote monitoring, control and configuration capabilities via Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) giving the flexibility to manage operations, including signal monitoring and module configuration from SNMP capable control systems (Manager or NMS).

The 7820IG10-IP occupies two card slots and can be housed in the 3RU 7800FR frame which has a 15 slot capacity.
