Evertz COVID-19 Update for Customers and Partners

Evertz has been monitoring the evolving global pandemic of the novel coronavirus (COVID 19) and its impact on our industry. At Evertz, our primary focus is on the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners. We would like share with you an update on how we are handling the quickly changing landscape that we find ourselves in today.

First and foremost, we have implemented a workplace update regarding COVID-19 to all of our employees across the globe. This workplace update follows the best practices from the WHO, national, and local authorities for proper hygiene and to reduce exposure and spread of the virus. A number of important actions have taken place as of March 16th, 2020. These include:

  • Avoidance of non-essential travel outside of country.
  • Implementation of Work from Home protocol for those employees who can remotely work from home.
  • Implementation of systems and procedures to keep those who cannot work remotely safe from possible contraction and spread of the virus.


Second, regarding our global customers and partners, we understand that the cancellations of major events and limitations on public gatherings have resulted in a significant impact. We are committed to continually providing high quality service and support to our customers during this turbulent time. Some of the actions we have in place include:

  • Securing extra parts and alternate local suppliers to ensure a strong supply chain.
  • Maintaining our manufacturing capabilities across our multiple sites.
  • Working closely with customers to provide service and support by maximizing online tools and in-house equipment.
  • Having replacement equipment available at our remote offices.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and operate responsibly, adjust quickly as needed, with the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners being our top priority.
