- corrected CGMS-A XDS packet from not being decoded fully.  It appeared on
  scrolling XDS display as raw byte codes.  Now the meaning is decoded.
- The four GPI pins on the DB15 connector on the rear plate are now functional.
  Selectable active-high or active-low through the on-screen menu system.
- Added line-21 caption keyer.  Keyer controls can be set to OFF, ON or GPI
  control.  The line-21 keyer keys onto BOTH the Program and  Monitor outputs.
  NOTE: Keys onto SD-SDI only.  Data in HD-SDI VANC is not modified presently.
- Several XDS packet types can now be inserted onto line-21, field 2.  Content
  of XDS packets can be set through on-screen menu controls.  Can also block
  upstream XDS packets without inserting new packets.  Supported types are:
  Program Rating (V-Chip), CGMS-A, TSID, Network Name, Station Call Letters.
- CC shift up/down via GPI control is now available.  Independently shift CC up
  to avoid caption rows 14 and 15, or shift CC down to avoid rows 1 and 2.
  Both functions may also be assigned to the same GPI pin.
- OSD is available on Program video output for "open captions" applications.
  OFF, ON or GPI control.  Setup menus do not appear on the Program output.
