Make sure the IP settings (UTIL/SYSTEM IP) are set correctly. Follow Tracker's instructions for enabling network support at Tracker. To prove that you have basic network connections to the box, you can PING it's IP address. You can also TELNET into the box and access the menus (your Telnet screen should be at least 50 lines tall!!).
