Remove GPS items from syslog in 7800SRG.
Remove P before port ID in system syslog.
Add to dither help description.
Tweaks the fine phase to make the 0.1% match the VLPro jar.  The difference was caused by VLPro rounding while the firmware clipped.
Added a dump of ptp status.  It logs up to 1000 changes of ptp BMCA states.
Added grandmaster to the ptp history dump.  An event for history will be triggered if the grandmaster id changes while the unit is a slave.

Put 50Hz sync rate in menu.  Previously it was only in VLPro.

Clean up some defaults.
Add a control for DSCP of PTP general messages (Announce messages)
FTP rmdir, mkdir and pwd commands work from a windows cmd box.  Slashes are not needed when changing directories.
Added unicast mode.  This allows slave to send delay requests in unicast mode.  The master must also be set to unicast mode, and IP settings must be correct.
Management messages are now forwarded to other ports.
Default password is now 7800
