Hand Assembler (Tech Digital) - Afternoon Shift

Tech Digital is a manufacturer of audio and video infrastructure equipment for the television broadcast and film industry.
Hand Assembler – 3:30 pm – 12:00 am Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the parts of the board are correctly installed, and in the right location on the board, as per the drawings provided
- Hand Solder/Stuff components in correct the location on the board.
- Install electronic parts and hardware in frames or assemblies using hand soldering, hand tools, and power tools
- Perform other tasks as required
Requirements:
- Grade 12 graduate.
- Minimum 3 years of hand soldering and assembly of PCB’s.
- Ability to communicate effectively ( written and verbal)
- Able to read drawing, values and correct polarity of PTH components
- General knowledge of Electronic components and manufacturing processes
- Experience working in a Production environment or working with similar equipment.
