The EMR-AES modules are key part of the EMR audio router family, providing balanced and unbalanced AES connection options and expandability in blocks of 48 or 96. EMR offers expansion beyond the constrains of a single frame with TDM coax connection to the ADMX audio TDM crosspoint packet routing core.
ADMX cores can be paired up to provide a dual hot redundancy setup for ultimate audio crosspoint redundancy. The AES input modules provide dual redundant outputs and the AES output modules provide failover on link and packet basis.
The EMR-AES modules can be combined with ADMX and other EMR audio modules for the ability to route audio universally across various formats: AES, analogue, MADI, Studer A-Link, Calrec Hydra2, SMPTE ST 2110-30, ST 302M, Dante® and embedded audio. This unique audio routing solution provides an extremely robust and flexible any-audio-type to any-audio-type in an unblocking manner down to the mono audio channel level.
