EMR-IO8-MADI-A is part of our EMR audio router family which has a number of IO module flavors than can span across a number for frame and frame types. All the IO modules can connect to a ADMX core (redundant is optional), these Audio cores could be standalone modules or intergraded into a video router like the NEXX routing solution. Focus here is a the dedicated MADI module, that is designed to fit in the EMX modular frames or with FP adapter the evFR-series. This module physically used 1 slots in a EMX or evFR series of frames and can support up to 16 MADI in and 16 MADI out, where all the audio channel with in the MADI are covered across man and redundant TDMv2 or TDMv3 ports.
Advanced features
internally there is 640 CH DSP with the ability to mix channels, and then on per channel basis has the ability for inversion, mute, gain and fade. 640 Channels of audio monitor for Level, silence and phase.
Helpful troubleshooting tools
On top of the 640-channel audio monitor for level, silence and phase the EMR-IO8-MADI also provides status and error reporting for all TDM ports. Always helpful to have a locally 128 CH signal generator, also has a very popular setup and troubleshooting control that will allow Audio Port D to be configured for 3G-SDI that will then have a 640CH audio bar display output.
